The contact form is not connected yet.

Deploy scripts/form-endpoint.gs as a Google Apps Script web app and put its /exec URL in forms.apps_script_url in content/site.yml. Setup steps are at the top of that script. Until then this page shows no form rather than silently dropping messages.
